@Leecnnr you need to establish if the problem is ghe WiFi in your home orvthe broadband connection to your hub that is the issue. The latter will be shown by the lights on the hub changing (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) and is fairly unlijely.
However WiFi issues around 9pm implies an issue with interference which tends to increase at peak times. One cause is that when all of your neighbours are on line their WiFi routers are using the same or adacent WiFi channel as yours. In many cases such as in blocks of flats there is not much you can do beyond rebooting your hub which will causecitvto find the least congested channels. Newer hubs lije Sky's white Sky Max hub can use a widercrange of channels which can help. The other source of interferencecis your own equipment so think if the issue starts when you turn something on for example a wireless speaker or even use a microwave to make a snack.
