The internet light on out box has gone off I have tried all the suggestions online but nothings working. The power and WiFi lights are green. Internet is not on and voice is red.
I have two children here and need this fixed as soon as possible please

The lead time for repairs via Openreach is 2 working days starting the day after you report it, this can be longer as it's dependent on Openreach availability and at this time of year that could be low in your area.
