Hi ,

we have very poor wifi in the house . There are no problems showing on the sky app tests but can't download a picture into what's app or get games to start on laptops . It's just very slow poor connections and we are only 7 m maximum away from the router . Actually doesn't help when standing right next to the router

help pls
