Wifi.

Currently according to Netflix, who are your partners, my TV is receiving 37.6 mbs. I am using the native app on my tv as your system does not support Dolby Vision. This falls far short of your projected figures. Please spare me the usual platitudes of, unplug this and do that etc, Ive done it all. And no, nothog has changed and nothing is blocking anything. We have never achived the hieghts of 68mbs or what ever you claim but this really is a new low. We  were getting 40+ years ago. Please resolve this and make an old man resonable happy. God only knows someone has to. 66, lonely, and short of mbs (among ther things)

@TellyAdict 37Mb/s should be fast enough to use Netflix in DV/UHD but if the signal is affected by interference then you could hit issues. See here for what Netflix recommend on speeds https://help.netflix.com/en/node/306 I assume you have the older Sky Q TV system developed before Dolby Vision as the newer Sky Stream pucks support DV.

The speed you Sky Brosdband delivers to your TV will depend on the layout and construction of your home and the level of interference from other WiFi networks and is outside Sky's control. Many homes require better kit than a single free router the isp provides. Sky will sell you an add-on which can provide extenders if you need them.
