Wifi

We have had faulty Wi-Fi for approximately a week. These issues have been getting progressively worse to the point where we now have no Wi-Fi for hours. I  have attempted all the recommended online steps to resolve this issue, however I am having difficuties contacting someone over the phone. I am not the named account holder but I have permission to resolve this issue on their behalf, they would be willing to confirm this over the phone. The automated response over the phone, does not recognise any of the passwords I have been provided for the account. It is essential that this issue is resolved for work purposes. If possible we would like to request a number to contact a member of customer services (not automated). All online steps suggest that there are no issues, however no devices in the house are able to connect. Many thanks.

All calls start automated and will request the telephone password. Just dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline.
