Wifi

Wi-Fi not working

 

Hi,

 

My modem LOS red light is on. I have tried resetting and switching on and off, but still no internet. Please any help would be appreciated.

That's an issue in the external optical connection, not WiFi.

 

You'll need to log a fault with Sky for investigation by Openreach.
