Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Biggerard itsxworth running the connection test in the My Sky app and allow it to test the Wifi connection to your devices. That may tell you whst is wrong. It is worth simply rebooting you hub as thst will make it check for the least congested wifi channel as intereference from neighbouring networks is a common problem.
