Wifi

Hi 

there was supposed to be a sky engineer come out last week to sort my slow WiFi but no one called and WiFi is still rubbish.

i have done all the tests and still nothing.

i get it but its very very slow.

please help or i will cancel sky.

What did Sky say when you called them about the missed appointment?

@lleyn577 Have a look on your orders section for your account to see that there is a request pending or not, YOU need to call sky as the Forum is not Customer Service!
