Wifi

Have checked status on MySky and no issues yet my phone currently can't connect. Is there a limit on how many devices it can handle? Given the amount of other posts on here about WiFi problems it must be a Sky problem. How do we get an engineer to come and look?

@EuanauE Depending on what you have from sky and if you give them a call that's the way, standard sky visit's will be charged to you if not included in your package, and fault finding will be done over the call to establish if an Engineer is needed, so be at home when you do call!
