My wifi won't work

@Heather21-  Is this that you can't connect devices to your Wi-Fi router or is it that you have no internet in which case it is not your Wi-Fi that is the issue, but your broadband.

 

Posting multiple posts will not help as you are not talking to Sky. If your broadband is down can you follow the directions below.

 

Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

It is saying the broadband is on. I have just paid the bill

@Heather21-  What colour of router do you have from Sky? Black or white?

@Heather21-  Can you follow the directions in the link below picking the white rotuer and seeing if it gives you any solution to your problem of your broadband connection. If it gives you no solution come back and can look into what further help can be found.
