.WIFI issues tried phoning but all you get is sent through the app which says there is no problem but there is

@Michael8199 Sky's phones have been very budy due to a recent issue with SkyGlass and Stream units but the demand should be dropping by now.. If you click on the broadband test it will give you a current result as the result you have seen is probably from a test run before you lost connection. However unless it tells you Sky are aware of a fault you will havecto call them to report tge issue
