Hi,
I cannot connect to WiFi for a last few days. I have done all steps you have advised on your website several times and still cannot connect to WiFi. Please advice

The term Wifi strictly only means the connection from your Sky hub to your device which msybe the issue whereas the connection to your hub is called broadband. The tests above tell you where tge problem is and hence how to get it fixed.
