Wifi

Hi,

I cannot connect to WiFi for a last few days. I have done all steps you have advised on your website several times and still cannot connect to WiFi. Please advice

@Julia.k run the connectivity test in the My Sky app which works over a mobile connection and can often order an engineer to check your line. Also check the lights on the hub see Lights on your Sky hub explained | Sky Help | Sky.com


The term Wifi strictly only means the connection from your Sky hub to your device which msybe the issue whereas the connection to your hub is called broadband. The tests above tell you where tge problem is and hence how to get it fixed.
