Wifi working fine and broadband fine but some apps not connectinf

Wifi and broadband connected and with good download speeds. Internet connection good and all apps working as expexted. EXCEPT, facebook and whatsapp. Facebook updates ok but does not show photos on posts and whatsapp does not connect. Both work fine when connected to mobile data and other wifi.  Any ideas?

If you go to your my sky app->product setting -> broadband shield and in custom settings untick social media or disable broadband shield completely

It may take an hour or so for the new settings to manifest in the firewall
