Wifi very slow

Hi, my WiFi speed is really slow. I am not able to download and use any applications. TV is giving error of 'there is traffic on the network" . Kindly, resolve this issue as I really need internet access for my work.

@Rida1 You have to call sky to get resolved, dial 150 from your landline phone!
