Wifi speeds are slow, Ring doorbell not working properly

Hi there,

I'm having issues with slow wifi speeds and my Ring doorbell doesn't always work. My Ring app tells me the signal strength is poor, even though it's very close to my router. Would an engineer be able to come out to look at this for us please? The speed to my Sons Xbox is also showing as poor. Many thanks.
