Wifi speed was never fast enough

I've just found out that my broadband has not strong enough or ever was. They said they'd only refund  the days its showw on the speed test when we checked it was over  2 3rds less than what I  was sold.i need my old sky id ad it has the readings sfrom when it was installed and what strength it was. At that time

Really I can't believe they have charged me all that time and they never said till I was getting a new contract.

@Jon842 the history is only available for the last month and the speed guarantee only gives one months refund in the 24month contract if speeds to the hub drop below the minimum for 3 days in the last 30days so you couldn't claim multiple times (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-speed-guarantee

 

Sky will normallyvtelease you from contract if Openreach are unable to get the line to meet the guaranteed speed which we see quite frequently on partial fibre services.
