Realistically impossible to say, as it's hugely dependent on both building material and the local wireless environment (including what the neighbours over doing)

I've had a new hub sent out but that hasn't solved anything and I thought the q mini boxes were supposed to act as wifi boosters.
Not if you now have a white Max Hub.
Also very much depends on the client device.
The Max Hub is specified to WiFi 6, while the Sky Broadband Hub and Q Hub are WiFi 5.
I have the black sky q hub 4.2
If your router is on the ground floor & you are on the 3rd floor 90mbps would be considered quite good. If you want blazing fast speeds over 3 floors you likely need to invest in a 3rd party mesh system and ensure the device you are using is fully WiFi 6 compliant.
The router is in the living room, it's the bedrooms upstairs that the signals low. Even by hard wiring my ps5 to the sky q mini box the highest speed I can get is 84mbps.
And the fact I can't watch a downloaded show either
