Try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

Re: Wifi signal not connecting and dropping

@Michael_d You are not making it easy, is the mobile device connecting to the wireless wifi ssid of the sky hub? What sky Hub are you using if it is connecting, the fact that it does not download is that everything you try etc!

Easy test, switch the Mobile data off on the phone, see if it will latch onto the sky hub wireless wifi signal and work if and when close by the hub?

Re: Wifi signal not connecting and dropping

@Michael_d Check the sky max hub with the MySky app and advanced settings, see what the wireless securities is at, WPA3-T or WPA2-PSK,

i had a samsung A54 would drop back to 17/70Mb/s on a FF500 feed, was just a poor wireless wifi signal wifi off/on again back to the full 500/70 so anything can happen at anytime! Just trying to pin whatever is going on especially if you say it is ONLY that one device with the issue!

Sky Max change settings link.
