Wifi signal keeps dropping
Since Tuesday my wifi connections keeps dropping. It says connected with no internet. My phone keeps losing WiFi and I have had difficulty watching programmes on catch up tv. When will this issue be fixed? Paying over £100 a month. I would expect the service to be excellent for this price.

Re: Wifi signal keeps dropping
@Karen7116 hopefully you get a lot more than broadband for £100 per month!
If your devices report connected but no internetvit doesn't sound like an issue with the WiFi signal in your home but rather a line issue. The lights on uour hub will tell you which it is just follow this help journey https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
