Wifi problems

We have been having problems with our wifi in our house, family members using data on phones ascrhe wifi keeps unconnected,numerous times, we have done hard resets, unplugging and reconnecting after a time and still having issues Could someone please help me appease my family as I am running out of patients Thanks

@Yorkiebar007 it is worth checking yhe connection test in the My Sky app as if you click through it will tell you the last few weeks connection speds and can book an engineer if it spots a fault.Having done that and thecspeedsxare as they should be then the issue could be WiFi speds in your home. These vary due the the layout, type of construction and level of interference in your home. Increasingly a single free hub Sky provides is not going to give decent wifi in every room.Loads of solutions but they all cost money either paying for an add-on from Sky or buying third party kit.

 

Phones these days will switch to mobile data when that is faster than WiFi which is great if you have unlimited data you can stop them doing that by changing a setting.
