Wifi problems

My WiFi signal is poor even though I have WiFi booster. I keep receiving notifications from apps that I require internet connection. I have also been advised that my internet is not stable enough to continue. I only have 8 devices connected in the house and yet I, supissedly have. Superfast. Anyone help?
