Wifi problems at home

I live in a large stone built house with three floors and six bedrooms, two in the loft I am not getting wifi in the loft In fact I am also not getting wifi at the kitchen back door where it drops I am also not getting wifi in the office garage which is further I was told that i would get some wifi extenders if this was the problem

This is a customer forum, you would need to contact Sky about the extenders.

For such a large house, you might be better served by purchasing your own mesn/network equipment which you should be able to use with any ISP. Alongside a mesh system powerline plugs maybe very useful. I use 3 powerline plugs alongside my mesh system...
