Got sky broadband and phone put in 2 weeks ago. Can get wifi in the living room where the router is situated but nowhere else in the house. I told sky when I was discusding the package that we both worked from home do well aware it us needed in other rooms. No house phone line at all. Engineer came out over a week ago. Left 3 boosters but they are not connecting to the router and light is continuously flashing. Engineer tried an old black router and phone line was working but the minute he tried the white router, there is no phone and wifi is weak. This has been escalated twice and has gone beyond the 72 hours stated to fix the problem. Today we had no wifi at all. It took 13 phone calls to get through to sky after being continuously cut off and final call was 1 hour 15 wait to be told it has been escalated again. Since Sky are not able to provide the service I ordered and if it is not resolved this week, can I cancel as we need wifi to work from home!
