Re: Wifi problem
Hello @SKYVPGXC
You are talking to other sky customers here and not sky, this is a forum where customers try to help each other solve problems.
wifi issues (especially not reaching all rooms of a property) is probably the most common issue with broadband, especially with larger properties.
The first thing to do is to run the Sky diagnostic checks via their website to see if that shows up any issues:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start (do run all tests)
Link for Sky WiFi Max (that allows for up to 3 boosters per property):

In order to obtain boosters you will need to contact Sky but I you need to have subscribed to "wifi Max" in order to get them (and also pay a monthly rental fee as they are never yours).
An alternative solution is to purchase your own wifi Mesh system and disable the Sky wifi. This is the option I chose for our bungalow where wifi did not reach some rooms. Although this incurs an initial cost, its yours to keep and control, even if you eventually change broadband supplier. This has worked flawlessly for us for 2-3- years, both with Sky and our previous supplier TalkTalk.
Good luck whatever you decide to do.
