@Lokesh3 there is no known issue betweenSky hubs and Apple devices. If you devices are not connecting check thstyou are using the wifi password printed on the hub -its easy misread a letter like O or I as a figure 0 or 1. If you are trying to telling the device to forget the connection and then restart it after  powering down which should vlear a corrupted memory location.

@Lokesh3 You are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum and even if you were Sky do not send out engineers to sort out the configuration of customer's devices.

Sounds like the setting on Sky's Broadband Shieldis set too low so go into the My Sky app or website to change it. Ofcom tequire Sky to set it to block certain social networking sites by default.

@Antin given I writing this posting an iPad I can confidently say there is no generic issue between Sky Broadband and Apple devices we have something around 8 ios and MacOS devices all ofwhich connect properly. If you really have the same issue as above that solution is the first step.

However all devices including Apple's can be a pain sometimes and refuse to connect. The normal reccomended approach is to tell the device to forget the Sky connection then power it down and allow it to fully reboot and try adding the connection again.once one Apple devices connects it can share the connection with your other Apple kit.
