Wifi problem

Tried to change password it didn't work tried to reset router now it won't except any password and I've lost WiFi altogether

If you have reset the hub password then it should go back to the default one that is printed on it so have you tried this on your wireless devices when trying to connect them to your Sky wifi network ?

Yeah I have tried the reset button on the back and it just keeps coming up something went wrong

@Es73 toreset the black Sky press and hold in the reset pin unril the power led blinks which takes up to 20 seconds then release.release before tgat and the hub just reboots. The pasword on the label will definitely match after that if you hit problems check you aren't misreading it which as it is quite easy to read tge letterI or O as the number 0 or 1 or vice versa.

 

Some devices can have issues accepting new wifi passwords until they have been fully rebooted or reset themselves.
