Wifi patchy
Hi there,
We are able to get WiFi but it cuts out. So we are unable to watch our smart tv, use our alexa devices or connect to the WiFi reliably. Usually we have very good WiFi signal in our home. Your diagnostic check came back with no issues which has left us with no answers.

Re: Wifi patchy
Still having major issues. Spoke to a Sky person who suggested switching the security from WPA-3T to lower security levels. It didn't change much for the network, just meant our work laptops wouldn't connect.
We are totally fed up and need help, please.

Re: Wifi patchy
Lowering the encryption level cannot help with signal strength or stability issues.

Re: Wifi patchy
That's whaty I thought too but Sky expect you to jump through their hoops before they will send anyone out.
All I want is an engineer out to agree the coverage in the house remains poor even with their own booster in place!
