Wifi outage London

We have not hard Wifi in North west area london since 6th august, it was estimated ro be fixed today but still no resolution

@Anonymous18 Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Already did

we have been told there's an openreach damage that will now only be fixed on 26th of august. We have not had internet since 7th august.

@Anonymous18 sounds like something big got damaged unfortunstely these things do happen however you should be due compensation once it is fixed see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
