Lights going on and off and orange

There is no broadband or wifi issue but the box keeps going down.  The connection is frequently lost and the lights go off and orange.  I have to constantly turn it off and back on again. Several times a day.  I frequently run broadband and wifi tests and you tell me there is no connectin problem. There appears to be a problem with the router.

@Bunshweebs  The next time this happens. Run the service checker and that will come back green if it has not noticed the fault as the information it is using is historical. Run the broadband test while the lights are still amber and if you get still things are good you can either give Sky a call or come back here let the forum know and this can be escalated to Sky for you.
