Wifi off

Box has no internet light , orange voice light , service checker says everything ok but not only person reporting this issue

Same here Wolverhampton cut off 2 times. I use 5G network on mobile with hotspot WiFi connected to my PC, lucky 26Gb data left

Down here in Newcastle. Box is flashing green and no internet connection but sky say there's no connection issues... brilliant

When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. You don't receive advance notification of this from Sky or Openreach. Hopefully it'll be back up and running before 7am.

Same issue for me - orange light in internet and voice.

@AC1305 @NigelPhillips @Chazzle same advice check the lights on the hub see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start if thst indicates the hub has lost its connection and a simpke rebootvdoesn't sort it there is a fault. Running the service checker in the My Sky app overca mobile connection will tell you if Sky arexaware of a fault local to you. If it doesnt call Sky to report the issue so it can be checked out.

My Internet isn't working iv done all the tests unplugged the router and despite it coming back on for 10 minutes it's off again

Also all tests say ok and no outage, same problem keeps dropping

I'm in Greater Manchester. It's 8.43am and we've not had WiFi all morning. Anyone know if sky are still denying there's an issue?

I'm in the London area and I have done all the checks and rebooted. Nothing. Showing as No outage in area
