Box green but no internet connection on devices!!

Phoned sky and recorded message says been known problem in area and now fixed, but technical team will look into it and respond within 3 days 😂 been dropping out since 7am, and working from home, fingers crossed it's hopefully fixed now. Strange seems to be affecting all areas and no outages reported.

Same here near Manchester - suddenly went out around 8:45am red light on LOS

Speaking to Sky, they said several exchanges have gone down and that Openreach are already aware and investigating.

Seems that they were only recently aware. If you call I was told they could give me an update on progress via text message. 

The current estimate was this evening for a fix.

Still same for me but sky says its back on! It isn't

Ours was fixed by about 10am, although it's not perfect. Greater Manchester area.
