Wifi is not working it is actuve from today and got a message saying itss actuve. When we were checking we dont have a purple end to connect. Both the ends are yellow
@AmalaKuriakkose The info supplied is to try and cover all types off connection in the home, so if you have a OR Openreach Master socket then the Purple ends are used, if you have a FF Full Fibre connection and a ONT fitted, the Yellow cable ends apply and the Purple is NOT used.
