Wifi not working
The internet light and viice light on the hub is orange.. the broadband and service light are not lit green on the other box

This explains the lights on the hubs:

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

@Maroof1 Looks like you are on a CF CityFibre connection that has a Fibre Internet issue unless it has all started working again for you!
