Sky Gigafast hub not onboarding

My new Sky gigafast hub (installed Monday 10th Nov) has not onboarded properly. I called 12th and 14th, sent photos and have done all of the checks and tests I can. It was escalated to the Network team and I was told to allow 72 hours, which it has gone beyond and still heard nothing. Neither my Sky Max pod nor my hub are in My Sky app and I have limited wifi. I'm being told to wait but can't see how this is progressing or how much longer I'm going to be without full wifi access. I have been told that only the network team can resolve this but there is no way to contact them. Please can someone help

@Lexiazz There is nothing that the Forum can do so you just have to keep on at sky Customer Service for any update's that you need!
