Wifi not working

So the red light on my router keeps coming on and the wifi stops working for around ten minutes and then it turns green again. This has been going on for quite some time now but seems to be more frequently. We had an engineer out to fix it and it was running smoothly there for about a month,  but has started doing it yet again!.

Hi @Sg199727 

Have you tried running the line test in the My Sky app to see if it gets picked up? Usually if it does you can book an engineer.
