Wifi not working

My wifi isn't working. All the lights are green on the box we've turned it off and on again a few times now. Saying we are connected to wifi on our phones, tv and laptop but nothing works or loads how do I fix this please

@Phil2911 Does your mobile show the connected but NO Internet symbol normally a ! mark in the wifi bars?

All green good to go hub wise, but you are data restricted hub/server wise, turn the hub off but you are looking at around the 1 hour mark, quick on / off's will more than likely not work! As you do not say this is the sky hub not a BOX that you mention!
