Wifi not working

Wifi has been down all day - there has been no option to connect to it from any of my devices. 

When I go on the app it says there is a problem with the device then when I click in and run the test it says there's no issues and it's running normally - I'm not sure how it checks this when no devices can connect to the wifi. 

The light on the router has been white all day - I've turned it off and on multiple times with no success.
