At least 3 times a week I get no wifi on my laptop or mobile even though my router is plugged in, all lights are green and the booster box is also turned on with green lights. Sky diagnostics say there is no issue but it frequently just goes mid zoom call, yet my phone shows the wifi bar but no connection, does anyone else get this?
