Sky website says it's all good but internet light is either Amber or off. It works for 5 mins every hour then goes away. Anyone know a number to contact for help because I've tried everything?

Find out more@Tom6766 I can see that your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
The recent wet weather has caused a lot of similar faults unfortunately where water is the problem there are only limited things Openreach can do apart from waiting for the line to dry out.
