Wifi not working

My WiFi is not working. I have the 500mb fiber. I tried it all. Disconcerting, reconnecting. The light is green and the app says the tests are passing but the WiFi doesn't work. When connecting any device from home it says there's no internet. 

Please don't reply asking clarifying questions. I have tried the full troubleshooting already. Address my issue and fix the problem from your end please.

Just pointing out that you haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

If it happens again between midnight and 7am it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided..
