Wifi not working

We are sadly having to leave sky as i just can't afford it anymore our cut of date is june 27th but I've noticed tonight the first three lights on our box are on and green, but the fourth light has gone off completely!?
We have done all the online tests and nothing wrong but cant help but wonder if sky have cut us off because we had to leave. Unless theres another reason for the light has gone off? Any help greatly appreciated thank you

Re: Wifi not working

Okay so there's different types of Broadband connections.

FTTC which is fiber to the cabinet is where your HUB is plugged into the master socket.

If that is the connection you have, turn off your HUB and leave it off for three minutes. Once you turn it back on, hold the reset button on the back of your HUB for 30 seconds. This should technically fix the issue.

The other connection is FTTP which is fibre to the premises, where you have an ONT which the best way I can describe it is, it is a small white box on the wall with lights on it. The lights that should be on are power, PON and LAN. The LAN is most likely flashing which is completely normal.

Make sure the ethernet cable that's plugged into the ONT to the HUB is in port 4 on the back of the HUB. Troubleshooting for this is quite simple.

Turn off the HUB and ONT for three minutes.

Turn them back on. Hold the reset button on the back of the HUB.

If after these troubleshooting steps have been completed and the voice light is still off, Contact Sky
