Hiya,
My wifi isn't working. The middle of the 3 green lights on the box is off. I've tried unplugging/replugging several times, to no avail. Sky hub says my broadband isn't working but when I ran the diagnostic and wifi checker it says everything is fine. What do I do now?

Currently having the same issue.
Phone is showing connected without Internet.
Ran a diagnostic and Sky is saying everything is ok but i have no Internet.

Thanks! I got an engineer out and it's fixed now. There was a broken wire 168m from my house lol
