Wifi not working

It says there is Internet when I do a check through the mysky app but we don't have any WiFi on any device

That just gets me to turn it off/on again because I have an amber light. Then trys to retest but the website crashes on the second test.  So much not further forward

@KieranBrain report the issue to Sky by calling them if your Sky Talk line is working use that and dial 150 for s free call. Otherwise follow through the help chain until it shows a hone number starting 03
