Wifi not working keeps dropping

Wifi keeps dropping out but all still on and shows it's working on my phone but tv won't connect and stay connected

@Shaunna89 if your phonecstays connected but your TV cannot stream video the probable cause is the TV is in an area of your home with a poor wifi signal. If you have Netflix run the Network test in the Get Help menu to see what that tells you. Streaming video is quite demanding on the wifi in your home as you need a stable signal as well as sufficient bandwidth (around 35Mb/s for UHD content). Thst can be demanding especially if the TV is wall mounted. 

Ideally you would run an Ethernet cable from your hub to the TV but thstvis often not practical. Other solutions include improving your home's wifi coverage or consider using powerline networking adapters if other devices run well and your only issue is the TV, these use the home's mains wiring to carry the data.
