Wifi not working from 1 month

My wifi not working from month but still no response from sky tried calling them and they keep saying we are working on it it's highly frustrating 😡😡

@Dmaster not entirely clear whether you had a service and its been down for a month or its a new service that is delayed. However the cause is likely to be caused by an issue in the Openreach network that Sky use. Openreach give very limited information on progress where complications arise and Sky can only tell you what they have been told. 

The only positive is you should be due compensation once the job is complete see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
