Good morning, my sky broadband is not good enough. It keeps on turning off or freezing my browsing on my device, and now I have WiFi on my phone but my sky q box cannot get connected (I have taken a picture as proof) even though my sky app says my broadband and wifi is great right now!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@SteveC123 if your Sky Q box is not connecting call Sky as they should dither send you a booster or arrange for annengineer to call.
