Hi all
Around September I switched from the Sky ISDN broadband package which had been on for a number of years, avg speed was 36mbps and rock solid everyday.
It's a fairly small bungalow and none of the tech being used has moved locations internally since swiothcing to Sky Full Fibre Gigafast. Probably 15 devices connect via Wifi
Speedtests on the 3 laptops which are more or less side by side are erratic at best but vary from 1.5mbps to 420mbps (nowhere near the 900 advertised but that's ok) this has an effect especially as I work from home and at various times the connection isn't strong enough to keep a Teams call open. All tests I can run from here show strong signal to router and fine wifi internally, but this just isn't the case on a consistent basis. We have Wifi Max but to be honest not really sure what that gives me, all I know is that the overall connectivity doesn't appear to be as solid and consistent as when I was on Copper. On the work laptop I have also tried a replacement TP link adapter to see if that made any difference, which it didn't.
wonder if anybody has any ideas what I can try next and what does Wifi Max mean? are there any extenders which I can get which might boost the signal and keep it stronger more consistently?

Having the WiFi Max subscription supplement on the account means Max booster 'pods' can be claimed under the terms of the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee'.
Numerous posts in this forum suggest that the Max Hub performs less well than previous Sky routers in some properties. One pod is despatched after a telephone diagnosis, and up to two more may be fitted by a Sky 'wireless engineer'.
