Wifi not reaching

We have recently upgraded to wifi max, which gives us a decent connection when close to the router. But in two of our upstairs bedrooms, the signal is so low devices drop off the wifi.

 

We were told if this happened, we would be sent some pods to place around the house to increase the range of the signal. Please can this be done? Thanks.

Finally managed to speak to a person and got a Pod ordered. Thanks!

@AmyG95 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum but as you need to speak to them to get a pod sent out as part of the WiFi Max package I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

I'm having the same issue, having just moved to Sky. I need some boosters but it seems impossible to find out how to order them. I have upgraded to Max.

@MichaelStreet Your 2nd/3rd is the same way for doing, takes a call to sky and they arrange the Engineer visit to see why ONE is not enough, hopefully the one does it for you, covers all the area needed for the additional MESH wifi, too much WiFi can cause way more problems than it solves, mesh helps but does need to be treated with some care!
