Wifi not great

Hi there i have only 3 devives connceted a xbox and a phone and a pc however as soon as i tirn my pc on the wofi doesnt seem to reach the xbox and cant stream and games and wifi on the pc is really slow also and ive checked and for the last 3 days or so ive been avrging about 40 mbps is there any way we can resolve this

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
