@ClaireMeredith it would help if you explained what has changed. Please include what router or hub you had and have now got and whether its location has changed. It would also help if you included whether have Sky Q tv boxes.
It is not unusual for a three storey home to need more than a single wifi source especially if the router is on the ground floor. The question about Q boxes as these acted as wifi hot spots with the older black Sky hubs but don't with the new white Sky Max hub and i wonder if that may apply in your case.
